If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request a refund or replacement, please provide:

• Photos of the product

• Description of the issue

Refunds or replacements will be reviewed and processed on a case-by-case basis.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
